Leadership at the Lamb of God Christian Community consists of a "set ministry" father who is responsible for the overall work and must give an account to the Lord Jesus. Heb.13:17. In compliance with the scripture in Eph.1:9,10. (NAS) "He has made known to us the mystery of His will, according to his kind intention which he purposed in him with a view to an administration suitable to the fulness of times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, the things in the heavens, and things on the earth." We have ministry sons and daughters who are proven by time, grace, and process, where gifts and ministries begin to emerge into responsible servants and ultimately gifted ministries. I Thess.5:12-13 states "And we beseech you, brethren, to know them who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you and esteem them very highly in love for their sakes. And be at peace among yourselves."

As the Holy Spirit makes known his will the distinction of each member becomes apparent, the gifting becomes recognized by the body and confirmed by leadership. These proven vessels become administrators of truth, love, grace, wisdom, knowledge, revelation, and practicality to the local body. This provides an atmosphere of health; with strong spiritual relationships "every joint" supplying necessary nourishment of love and truth to each and every member. This allows the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ to continually wash us as we walk in the light as he is in the light.

Finally, the set ministry father has a father in ministry, along with peer ministry known as presbytery, which gives added vision, strength, confirmation, and adjustment where needed.
